Intro
Over the past two decades, I’ve taken solo-founded ventures into cross-border organizations — more than once.
I learned firsthand that there is no single formula that works every time.
My work has historically spanned infrastructure and energy, and more recently extended into digital platforms and consumer products.
I have operated for extended periods of time in China, Europe, and the United States.
Building now
Today, I’m building two new ventures from the ground up.
I also selectively engage with other founders and leadership teams in focused, hands-on conversations where judgment and experience matter more than frameworks.

Co-Founder & CEO
Functional nutrition company building a daily food platform focused on metabolic health, longevity, and evidence-driven formulation.
DAY1DIET’s first product is a high-soluble-fiber breakfast blend designed to address cholesterol management, glycemic control, and gut health — using whole-food ingredients selected for their documented impact on human metabolism.
Initial customer feedback has been enthusiastic and we are scaling manufacturing and distribution across the EU and the UK.

Founder & CEO
Global digital platform connecting musicians to collaborate, perform, and grow audiences — while enabling listeners to discover live music and follow artists in real time.
Jam Nation launched on the App Store and Google Play in 2025, with early traction across multiple cities, including Milan and Tokyo.
The company is now focused on expanding partnerships within the music industry and evolving the platform’s next iteration.
Built before
I founded multiple ventures and scaled them into durable cross-border platforms, including:
A pan-Atlantic renewable energy investment platform originating and developing over 2.5 GW of solar and storage assets across Europe and the U.S., partnering with Fortune 500 infrastructure groups and state-owned enterprises, and ultimately transitioning into institutional ownership through a dedicated infrastructure fund.
An EPC management company delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across Europe for global contractors, securing multiple nine-figure contracts for our clients.
Multiple ventures in China spanning procurement, manufacturing, and market entry, including building China operations for a listed multinational and founding a solar procurement platform that handled a meaningful share of China’s PV exports during the industry’s formative years.

Over five years of dedicated research, I also captured more than 5,000 photojournalistic images, recording everyday life through the boom years and the upheaval of COVID-19.
This second edition blends sharp analysis, lived experience, and a curated photographic archive, giving readers both a clear-eyed analysis and an intimate, ground-level portrait of a nation at a crossroads.
